On May 31, the first ever, but probably henceforth annual, Megalith Thriller Smackdown will reach its terrifying climax. The best thriller writers in the world were invited to compete, along with some other guys too. There were hits and there were misses...great expectations and great disappointments. Confession time; I've tried blogging before, and those blogs are probably still out there in the ether, drifting like so much plastic debris caught in the Pacific gyre. That's probably pretty appropriate imagery.
